Information

Features:

• Three level security to allow/restrict access to different options.
• Grouping of employees for reporting or exporting.
• Employee punch history maintained in the database and editable with appropriate security.
• Employee start time field. This allows you to run a tardiness report     (allows for a 10 minute grace period).
• Network clock which synchronizes the clock on the user's PC with a designated PC on punch in/out. This prevents the user from changing their clock to alter the actual punch time.
• Secret logging of the user ID and workstation name where the user punched in. This lets you know if one user is getting another user to punch them in.
• Included reports: Timecard detail, tardiness, blank punch. The blank punch shows users that forgot to punch out.
• Very fast punch in/out. For non-administrative users, the application opens prompting for their employee ID, they click Punch In or Punch Out, then the application closes automatically.
• Export of time detail to Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Integration Manager which auto creates the payroll batch.
